Go to the settings page and click on upgrade again and it should restore your purchase.

Storage permission is needed for widgets to work. 

​If you previously denied storage widget, please go to you phones settings, click on "Apps & notifications", then "See all apps", then choose 4.Do and grant the storage permission.
